Our Websites Are Compliant

Part of an elite group of U.S. based website design companies, we take great pride in knowing that the websites deigned by Chimpy Design Studios are compliant across the Web Standards and Accessibility boards. The three graphics at the top of every page on ChimpyDesign.com display that pride for the world to see. When we design your website, we'll make sure it meets these same standards, but displaying the graphics is up to you.

Every page of your website will undergo complete validation testing to verify that the design is 100% compliant. If you decide that you'd like the graphics on your website, we can place one or more of the graphics anywhere you'd like on every page, or we can create a separate web page for you specifically for advertising your website's compliance. It's completely up to you.

What is W3C? The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an international community that develops standards to ensure the long-term growth of the Web. Before we launch your website, we will ensure that every page passes the compliance standards set forth by the World Wide Web Consortium. We will run validation tests on each page and the CSS required to properly display your website. If any page doesn't pass the first time, we will immediately make any necessary changes so that it does.

Your W3C Standards Compliant website will be released with error free coding, and ready for the search engines and any Web browser.

WCAG Compliance

What is WCAG? Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. Following these guidelines will make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these.
