Pay Your Invoice Online
With Chimpy Design Studios you have a choice for paying your invoices: Google Checkout or PayPal.
Both services are secure and trusted worldwide, and they both offer several possibilities for customization and integration. The reason we offer them both is so that you can see them at work. Why? Because they are two of the major players in e-commerce and since they are free, we encourage our clients to utilize one of them.
PayPal Features: Accept credit card payments on your website in minutes at affordable and competitive rates. Buyers don't even need a PayPal account. No setup charge or monthly fees.
Google Checkout Features: Google Checkout is a fast, secure checkout process that helps increase sales by bringing you more customers and allowing them to buy from you quickly and easily with a single login. No setup charge or monthly fees.
Payment Due Dates
Initial Deposit
Your initial deposit is due immediately upon approval of price and services. You will receive a project estimate via email, that also serves as your first invoice for payment. The estimate will tell you how much your initial deposit should be. Your estimate and deposit serve as a contract. Projects requiring custom PHP and/or JavaScript development and large projects may result in 2-3 estimates throughout the course of the project. Each of which you will need to agree or disagree to before we can continue. If your estimate shows a required special payment
, and you approve the estimate, the special payment
is due at the time of approval.
NOTE: your initial deposit is fully refundable until we begin Phase 3 of designing your website. Once Phase 3 is underway your deposit is no longer refundable.
Final Payment
Final payment is always due before launching the website on your server. All testing is done on our server. Once you approve the final design, we will put together a final invoice, which will need to be paid in full before launching or providing you with a copy of your website.

Special Payments
Depending on the project demands, we may need to hire a programmer to help develop your website. If we need to do this, you will be notified before it happens and upon your approval we'll seek the necessary help. We always hire the lowest bidder who can do the job. The programmer determines when those fees are due.
From time to time, instead of hiring a programmer, we might suggest a commercial script/program that does exactly what you want. If we find one that meets your requirements we'll suggest it. Those fees are due before we can purchase the script.
We never charge more for special payments than we have to pay to get the job done.
