Requesting a website design quote is really easy with Chimpy Design Studios. I'll walk you through the steps using the form below and within 2 business days I'll send you an email containing our projected timeline and quoted price for your website.
Chimpy Design Studios caters its services to bands, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and weddings in the United States. At this time I do not work with international bands, businesses, individuals, or organizations.
Completing this quote request form does not require you to do business with me. This form is to help you determine whether or not you want to do business with me and to help me learn about you. Successful website design, structure, and project workflow are created by my ability to meet or exceed your immediate and long–term wants and needs. I will review your quote request, do a little research on your competitors, and provide you with a detailed estimate. If you like the results of your quote and are ready to commit, then and only then will I enter a contractual agreement. Fair enough?

What if I don't like the estimate you provided?
If you don't like the estimate, I encourage you to contact me by replying to the email containing the estimate. I'll work with you to make good things happen. My goal is to always place customer service first and if you're unhappy, I need to fix that.
How flexible is my estimate?
Generally speaking, the estimates I provide are already well below the business-standard. However, I am willing to work with you to arrange payment plans and/or even lower rates if you truly need my help. I also encourage low–budget start–up small businesses and nonprofit organizations to apply for the bimonthly giveaway. If your company or nonprofit is selected, I'll design your website at absolutely no charge.
What do I need before I make a payment?
All you need to pay the deposit fee is a copy of your estimate and a credit card. On your web design quote estimate is an invoice number and a required deposit amount, which you will need to enter in the appropriate fields for either Google Checkout or PayPal on our Payment page.
When do I have to pay?
Take a look at the Payment page for payment procedures. Basically though, you'll need to pay a deposit before I start designing your website and pay the rest before I launch the website on your server. I do not charge any hidden fees, ever.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your initial deposit is fully refundable until I begin Phase 3 of your website design. Once I begin Phase 3 it is no longer refundable. As a side note, final payments and special payments are never refundable.
What if I want something that you can't do?

How long will it take to design my website?
The simple answer to that question is, Three weeks is average, but I don't know.
On the other hand, that's one of the main reasons the quote request form is so detailed. By gathering a lot of information from you up front I'm able to provide you with a very realistic and budget–friendly estimate. The estimate will contain approximate deadlines for each phase of your website design. Developing the content (text) for your web pages usually takes the longest.
Will I get to see my website in the various stages?
Yes, I will send you links to your website sandbox (development area) where you can see each phase of the design process as they are completed. You will then be given the opportunity to approve or reject the design up to that point. I will advise you what you should be looking for at each phase.
